The mural is part of a larger exhibition, titled “Crosseyed and Painless: Exploring Myth in the Digital Color Field” at Future Tenant, in Pittsburgh, PA.

I started with a tape drawing which occupies the remaining space (walls, and floors - the ceiling was off limits due to the spaces age and historical nature). When the drawing installation transitioned to the mural wall each color became white. Paintings were hung overtop of the mural but the mural is thought of as a piece in and of itself within the exhibition.
