In 2005 I had the opportunity to show at Space Gallery, a multi-use space in Portland, ME. I was given interior walls along with a window box that fronted the sidewalk and street. My idea was to outline the shapes found within my paintings directly on the window, wall, and floor using initially vinyl tape in any given space. This started a series of work that explored drawing as site-specific installation(s).
